Individual Milk and Cookies

Inspired by Santa Claus' favourite snack on Christmas Eve, the Milk and Cookies cake is created with hazelnut and chocolate cookie, milk chocolate cremeux, milk mousse, dipped in milk chocolate and nuts, topped with vanilla whipped ganache.
