Delivery

 

Minimum spend to qualify for delivery?

$50 before tax + the delivery fee.

Cost of delivery?

$8 for Zone 1, $25 for Zone 2 and $40 for Zone 3

Where do you delivery within the GTA? 

You can check to see if your address qualifies for delivery by checking out our map.

Can I place an order for same or next day delivery?

 Our policy is a minimum of 36 hours notice. Please note orders for the weekend and Monday must in by that Friday by 12pm.

What days do you deliver?

Weekly with certain exceptions*

Can you ship my order since I don’t live in the GTA? 

We can ship some products like macaron, chocolate bonbon and other gourmandise through UPS. Please email info@nadege-patisserie.com for more details.

Can I place an order if my shipping address if different from my billing?

Yes – as long as the shipping address is inside the delivery zone. If your ordering outside of Canada- please email info@nadege-patisserie.com and we can place your order another way.

Will you deliver to my door if I live in a condo? 

Our drivers will call you when arrived to meet in your lobby. If no answer, we will leave your order with the front desk reception. If we cant leave at the front desk and cannot reach the recipient the order will be return to the head office.

Pickup

**All orders must be picked up on your selected pickup date. If the order is not picked up on the chosen date, the order will be donated to a local charity. No refunds, all orders and products are final sale**

How do pickup preorders work? 

We are currently offering pickup on preorders for our Queen West, Rosedale, Path, Bloor- Annex, Oakville and Oxford HQ locations.

What days are available for pickup?

Available dates will be shown at checkout for pickup at each location.

Do you accept same-day orders?

We do not accept same-day online orders.

Do I have to pre-order or can I walk into the shops?

Walk-ins are available every day at our Queen West, Rosedale, Path, Oakville and Bloor- Annex locations. Please note the products there are first-come, first-serve; if you would like to reserve an item, make sure to order place your order by 12pm the day before. Orders for Sunday and Monday must be place on Friday by 1pm.

How do I pick up my order? 

Queen Street West:

Monday – Wednesday 8:00am – 8:00pm

Thursday-Saturday 8:00am – 9:00pm

Sunday 8:00am – 7:00pm

Rosedale:

Monday- Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm

Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm

Path

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Saturday and Sunday – Closed

Bloor-Annex:

Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm

Sunday 9:00am – 7:00pm

Oakville:

Monday- Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

 upon arrival and stay in your car and open your trunk- A team member will bring your items outside and place them in your trunk for contactless pickup. If you have any issues please email us, thanks again for your order.

Locations

Is there any seating at this time?

Our Queen West, Bloor and Oakville location offers in-door and patio seating while our Rosedale and Path location has no seating.

Can I get ice cream at all open locations?

Queen West is the only boutique with an ice cream shop for cones and cups. 16oz pints and ice cream macarons are available at both Queen, Rosedale, Bloor, Oakville and HQ OFFICE to-go.

What about your  Yorkdale location? 

Our Yorkdale location is now permanently closed as of Spring 2020.

Can I shop at the 855 Oxford Head Office? 

The head office is only available for pre-orders for curbside pickup from 9am-11am only. Thank you for understanding!
