Delivery

Where do you delivery within the GTA? 

You can check to see if your address qualifies for delivery by checking out our map.

Can I place an order for same or next day delivery?

Our Chefs need time to prepare your order so our policy is a minimum of 36 hours notice.

What days do you deliver?

Weekly with certain exceptions*

Can you ship my order since I don’t live in the GTA? 

We currently do not offer shipment for orders in regions outside of the GTA.

Are any locations open? 

Queen West and Rosedale have reopened with new hours. Please check out our contact page for details.

Can I place an order if my shipping address if different from my billing?

Yes – as long as the shipping address is inside the delivery zone.

Will you deliver to my door if I live in a condo? 

Our drivers will call you when arrived to meet in your lobby. If no answer, we will leave your order with the front desk reception.

 

Pickup

 

How do pickup preorders work? 

We are currently offering pickup on preorders for our Queen West, Rosedale and Oxford locations.

Minimum spend to qualify for pickup? 

$20

What days are available for pickup?

Available dates will be shown at checkout for pickup at each location.

How do I pickup my order? 

Queen Street West:

Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm, Sunday 9:00am – 7:00pm

Rosedale:

Tuesday – Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm

855 Oxford Street (Etobicoke, Islington and Evans):

Monday – Saturday 10am-12:00pm

For Queen pickup, please come in-store for pickup.

For Rosedale pickup, please come in-store for pickup.

For Oxford orders, please call 416-368-2009 ext 0 upon arrival and stay in your car and open your trunk- A team member will bring your items outside and place it in your trunk for contactless pickup. If you have any issues please email us, thanks again for your order.

Open Locations (Queen West & Rosedale)

 

Do you have any open locations and if so, what are the store hours? 

Our Queen West and Rosedale locations are currently open to the public. Please check our contact page for store hours!

Do you currently have any COVID-19 restrictions in your stores?

We require all guests to currently wear a mask or face covering in response to the City of Toronto’s most recent bylaw mandate. Each location additionally has their own limit on the number of customers allowed in the boutique at a time and asks that all guests kindly keep 6ft distance from each other and our staff.

Is there any seating at this time?

Our Queen West location offers patio seating while our Rosedale location has no seating.

Can I get ice cream at all open locations?

Queen West is the only boutique with an ice cream shop for cones and cups. 16oz pints and ice cream macarons are available at both Queen and Rosedale to-go.

What about your PATH and Yorkdale locations? 

The PATH boutique remains temporarily closed at this time and our Yorkdale location is now permanently closed as of Spring 2020.

Can I shop at the 855 Oxford Head Office? 

The head office is only available for pickup orders. Thank you for understanding!
