Serves 6-8: The Délice Framboise combines vanilla panna cotta, cassis, raspberry, strawberry compote, maple mousse, on an almond biscuit, topped with a raspberry whipped ganache. Contains: Dairy, nuts, eggs, and soy. Gluten-free!   *All cakes and tart must be kept flat in the fridge till ready to serve.
