Ravioles Dauphiné Masterclass – May 22, 2026

Join Executive Chef Laura Maxwell for a hands-on class focused on Ravioles Dauphiné, a classic French pasta preparation. During this workshop, guests will learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough, create a delicate cheese filling, and shape ravioles using both traditional and free-form techniques.
The dish is finished in a garlic cream sauce with sautéed maitake mushrooms and shallots, demonstrating a simple and effective method of building flavour in one pan.
Chef Laura will guide guests through each step, sharing techniques, recipes, and practical tips so the dish can be recreated at home.
